Sleep problems are common

If you have trouble sleeping, you're not alone. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) estimates that 70 million people in the United States suffer, at least occasionally, from some type of sleep disorder. If you (or your partner) snore, the Zzoma Positional Sleeper can help, especially if the snoring occurs during supine, or on-the-back, sleeping.
